Subscription

GoPrompter for Mac costs USD 19.99 a year (local prices may differ). It renews automatically every year until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the link in your receipt email. GoPrompter keeps working until the end of the year you paid for.

Your licence lets you use GoPrompter on the Macs you personally use. Please don't share your key publicly.

Free trial and refunds

The Mac download is free to try for 3 days, with every feature. Please use the trial to make sure GoPrompter works for you, your remote and your screens before you buy.

Because you can try it fully first, payments (including renewals) are final and are not refunded, except where the law requires it or if you were charged by mistake (for example, twice). If something is wrong with your order, email support@goprompter.app.

App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's own refund rules at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Updates

All updates are included while your subscription is active.

Warranty

GoPrompter is provided as is. We work hard to make it reliable, but please test before a live show.
